Preseason 2024
As we all know, last season was canceled and we took a year off of fantasy football. So there were no winners or LOSERS last year. Just vibes. But after a year that didn’t exist, I am so excited to get back to NCAL! That’s right, the new season is upon us!
I hope everyone was happy with the draft and built a team that will take you to the promise land, but more importantly, I have an announcement to make. Your commissioner known as I Touchdown There is no more. From the ashes of last year (which didn’t happen) rises a new team name. From this day forward, I Touchdown There is retired, please give a warm welcome to the ‘24 season future champion Team Pukachu.
Rule Changes
Yes, we will have 1.5 rule changes.
“Last Place Penalty”, starting this season we will have a last place penalty to incentivize playing throughout the entirety of the season. What we have yet to decide is the penalty (most responses said money), I will send out another form to decide on the penalty. You will have until the start of TNF next week to make your voice heard, at kickoff I will close the poll and establish the penalty.
The next one isn’t really a rule, but it was agreed that we would have a live in-person draft starting next year. When this season is over, we will establish a tentative date for sometime in August ‘25.
